Frank Iglesias is a real estate entrepreneur doing business in multiple states. Having done hundreds of deals spanning a variety of strategies in wholesale deals, fix and flips, rentals and new construction, he can work with a variety of deals to ensure the best outcome possible on any deal. Many times, he has been able to create deals where they do not appear to exist because he is about solutions that create results for all parties involved.
With a results-oriented mindset, Frank has been able to develop his business through a series of relationships that have evolved since 2008. He has been a part of the Kenny Rushing School of Real Estate, Fortune Builders Mastery and Jason Palliser’s 2 Day Blueprint. He has been a speaker at numerous Real Estate meetings covering a broad range of subjects, as well as running three different meetings in this local market, spanning marketing to wholesaling to flipping and beyond for eight of the last nine years.
